Off Grid 48° provides alternative energy services with a focus on wood gasification. We also sell live trees up to 10′, rough cut slab lumber, and provide sawmill services.

Custom sawmill capable of taking trees to finish product. Length up to 30′, not limited by log diameter but lumber up to 26″ widths. Inventory is mostly native to the NW, with a small selection of non-natives.

Pacific Rim Tonewoods: Brian Sweeney

We are a guitar lumber manufacturer. We pay very well for the logs we use: Black Walnut, figured maple, alder for veneer, old growth cedar, old growth spruce. We buy statewide.

A specialty sawmill, cutting Douglas-fir, hemlock, western redcedar, and cottonwood for the local, regional, national, and international markets. 40,000 board feet daily production.

We have sawn 2nd growth for 50 years, into boards, timber beams, siding, decking, and fencing (cedar). We sell small quantities of lumber to people who come in or call us (by order). We also sell big truck loads.

Milling and sale of pacific NW hardwoods for lumber in varying thickness and lengths. Specializes in large slabs, instrument and furniture grade lumber, and highly figured wood for gunstock blanks, penstock, and large turning stock.

Iron Mountain Sawmill: Jed Huff

Portable sawmilling and custom cut lumber. Can mill logs up to 18.5′ long, 32″ wide, with a cut throat of up to 36″.
