General Description
The Blakely Island Timber Co. manages about 2,200 acres of forest for the manufacture and sale of value added FSC certified forest products. All products are harvested, milled, kiln dried, and manufactured on Blakely Island, WA.
Services
- Mobile services: No
- Mill Capacity: Wood-Mizer LT40, 30" diameter, 30' length.
- Other Services provided: All these activities occur on the island but are NOT offered to others. Kiln service is offered to residents of neighboring islands.
- Specialized products: Douglas-fir flooring, shou-sugi-ban paneling, 'weathered gray' paneling. All products are FSC certified.
- Billing Options: Sale of finished product - both wholesale and retail.
